The Planning and Community Development Division includes a range of programs addressing policy analysis, planning processes, demographic, economic, environmental and geo-spatial information, development, public, business and housing finance, and technical analysis. Most services are contractual or are funded and governed pursuant to intergovernmental agreements. Some functions are funded directly by MCRPC membership.
