Greenville – Reynolds Development Corp.

Greenville-Reynolds Development Corporation, a not-for-profit organization, has facilitated economic development in the Greenville-Reynolds vicinity since 1949. The Corporation owns and has developed three industrial parks totaling over 1,200 acres – one of the largest planned and managed industrial developments in the Tri-State area. The three Parks, listed below, also feature more than 300,000 sq. ft. of Development-owned and managed buildings, available for lease at rates which are among the least expensive in the region.

Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone

The Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone Corporation (hereinafter “EZ Corporation”) is a Pennsylvania, non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of providing financial assistance to businesses. The EZ Corporation’s membership is comprised of representatives of the Cities of Sharon, Farrell and Hermitage and the Boroughs of Wheatland, Sharpsville and Greenville.

Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation

The Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation is a membership organization comprised of a board of directors volunteering their time to assist the Greenville Community prosper. The corporation is organized as a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) corporation, which enables any contributions made to the corporation deductible under section (17) (2) of the internal revenue code.
